Media Director Pro (Course) — 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on Media Director Pro. If you are not satisfied with the course for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase date.

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Email support@mediadirectorpro.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your full name, email address used for purchase, and date of purchase
  3. Briefly explain why you're requesting a refund (optional but helpful)
  4. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days
  5. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

After 14 days: All sales are final. No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued after the 14-day guarantee period.

The Inner Circle (Monthly Membership) — No Refunds

Monthly membership subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and may be canceled at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for partial months.

Cancellation Policy:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds for unused time within a billing period
  • Cancel by emailing support@mediadirectorpro.com or through your account settings

The Inner Circle (Annual Membership) — 30-Day Refund Window

Annual membership subscriptions include a 30-day refund window from the date of purchase.

  • Within 30 days: Full refund available upon request
  • After 30 days: No refunds, but you retain access for the remainder of your annual term
  • Annual memberships do not auto-renew; you will be notified before renewal

Free Trial Memberships

Trial memberships are provided at no cost and automatically expire at the end of the trial period. No payment is charged during the trial, and no refund is applicable. If you upgrade during or after your trial, the applicable refund policy for that product applies.

Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly at support@mediadirectorpro.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.

If a chargeback is filed without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately terminate access to all products and services
  • Dispute the chargeback with full documentation of the transaction and delivery of services
  • Pursue collection of any amounts owed plus associated fees
  • Report fraudulent chargebacks to relevant authorities

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Purchases made more than 14 days ago (for applicable products)
  • Monthly subscription payments after the service period has begun
  • Products obtained through promotional or discounted offers (unless otherwise stated)
  • Accounts terminated due to violation of Terms of Service
  • Any digital products that have been substantially consumed or downloaded

We understand that exceptional circumstances occur. If you have a situation not covered by this policy, please contact us at support@mediadirectorpro.com. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
