By accessing or using the Media Director Pro website, courses, memberships, or any services provided by RMILL HOLDINGS, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

We provide:

• Media Director Pro: A digital course providing educational content on media strategy, client positioning, and business development.
• The Inner Circle: A membership program offering live coaching sessions, recorded content, and community access.
• Digital Resources: PDFs, templates, scripts, and other downloadable materials.

All services are educational in nature. Results vary based on individual effort, experience, and circumstances. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or earnings.

3. Account Registration

To access certain services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payment Terms

One-Time Purchases: Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Subscription Services (The Inner Circle): Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

5. Refund Policy

Media Director Pro (Course): We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the course, you may request a full refund within 14 days by contacting support@mediadirectorpro.com. After 14 days, all sales are final.

The Inner Circle (Membership): Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months. Annual subscriptions may be refunded within the first 30 days; after 30 days, no refunds will be issued but you will retain access for the remainder of your billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our services—including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, templates, and downloadable materials—is the property of RMILL HOLDINGS, LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may:

• Access and use the content for your personal and business education
• Use provided templates and scripts in your own business

You may NOT:

• Share, distribute, or resell our content
• Share login credentials with others
• Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without written permission
• Use our content to create competing products or services

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

7. User Conduct

When using our services, you agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or community members
• Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our services

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RMILL HOLDINGS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RMILL HOLDINGS, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to access and use our services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Severability
